Всем привет.
Набросал здесь жалобу на букера, с чего начинать войну? Акк зареган на себя.


"Здравствуйте. У меня возникла проблема с букмекером Tipbet.com.
Они не хотят делать мне выплату. История моего счета такова.

11.10.2018 я зарегистрировал аккаунт и получил от них бездепозитный бонус 15 евро.
14.10.2018 я выполнил условия бонуса, у меня на балансе стало 65 евро. Связался с онлайн поддержкой и спросил, что мне необходимо, чтобы вывести деньги. Мне ответили, что необходимо пройти процедуру верификации и сделать минимальный депозит. Для верификации попросили фото паспорта.
15.10.2018 я выслал фото паспорта. Верифицировали.
18.10.2018 я сделал депозит 10 евро с карты виза.

Через два дня попросили счет за коммунальные услуги. Я выслал. Верифицировали.
Еще через два дня попросили фотографию моей карты виза. Я выслал. Верифицировали.
Еще Через два дня попросили выписку с банка. Я выслал. Верифицировали.
К тому времени я активно играл, и у меня на балансе стала сумма 115 евро.
21.10.2018 я попросил сделать мне вывод средств и поставил деньги на вывод на мою карту виза, с которой я делал депозит.

23.10.2018 я обнаружил, что мой вывод средств отменен и деньги снова находятся на счету аккаунта.
Я обратился в онлайн поддержку. Мне сказали, что вывод средств с бездепозитного бонуса возможен только банковским переводом. Попросили предоставить IBAN и SWIFT.
Я связался со своим банком и выяснил свой IBAN и SWIFT.
Я отослал в службу Tipbet.com свои данные и снова поставил средства на вывод банковским переводом.
Через два дня мне опять отменили вывод средств.
Я обратился в онлайн поддержку и задал вопрос, почему отменили?
Служба поддержки мне ответила, что мне теперь необходимо сделать вывод средств на мою карту виза. Я спросил почему? Ведь вы же мне сами запретили выводить средства на карту виза, и говорили, что возможен вывод средств только банковским переводом? Служба поддержки мне ничего не объяснила, сказали, сделайте вывод на карту виза. Ок, хорошо.
23.10.2018 я поставил вывод средств на карту виза.
через два дня мне опять отменили вывод средств и деньги оказались снова на счете аккаунта. Только вместо своих 115 евро, я увидел на счете только 100 евро. 15 евро они сняли сами с моего счета.
Я спросил у службы поддержки, в чем проблема? Почему не выводите деньги? Почему вы отобрали у меня 15 евро?
Мне ответили, что теперь я должен сделать повторный депозит с платежной системы Skrill или Neteller и предоставить им скриншот экрана.

Меня это возмутило. Я начал подозревать Tipbet.com в мошеннических действиях. Я не использую Skrill или Neteller и не собираюсь повторно вносить депозит в Tipbet.com. Не вижу оснований, чтобы заставлять меня сделать это. Я подозреваю, что Tipbet.com просто выманивает деньги у людей и не выплачивают выигрышь. Это недопустимо.

На данный момент ситуация не изменилась. Я заказываю вывод средств, а они через два дня отменяют их.

Что мне делать в данной ситуации? Куда обратиться? Может ли какая-либо организация, например, кто выдавал лицензию, воздействовать на них?

эту инфу уточняй непосредственно у службы поддержки, они обязаны предоставлять её, так как информация о контролирующих органах игорной среды является неотъемлимой частью публичной оферты

Им уже не нужны были верификации, валидации, подтверждения, сканы и прочая х.ня, им нужно было закрыть вопрос с лицензиатом

Люди, которые мне посоветовали, обратили внимание, что в тексте жалобы через каждое слово должно звучать - кинули, не выполняют обязательства, нарушают условия лицензии - так эффективней. И я тебе того же советую.

Собери силу воли в кулак, набери текст жалобы в произвольном стиле, распечатай (в 2 страницы лучше влезть, так дешевле) и отнеси на почту. И жди. С треком, конечно отправляй

Просто электронкой их спамят там скорее всего не по-детски, я не думаю, что ты такой один, и ее возможно никто не читает, а вот бумагой - совсем другая песня

Если инглиш не владеешь, ничего страшного, гуглоперводчик поможет, то что криво , неважно, прочитают

И не нужно там изучать условия лицензии, привлекать юристов со специализацией по международному праву, просто пиши, что нарушают условия лицензии, занимаются мошенничеством, а они там разберутся

Так заепали все бк, что никто никому уже не верит))) Желаю тс удачи с решением етого дела, но думаю они тебя в чем то подозревают раз не все так гладко)
 
Единственное, что их смущать может, это то, что я захожу на их сайт в режиме инкогнито в хроме. Видимо кукисы и все остальное ищут, а их нет...

По мне так все эти письма в конторы выдающие лицензии пустая трата времени, тем более на такой сумме. Пробовали ранее-результата ноль. Лучше тоже самое время потратить с пользой и еще откатать пару бонусов в других конторах. Оставь им отзывы на разных ресурсах и двигайся дальше
 
Ну так что там ТС, с электронным вариантом - гробовая тишина была ему ответом?
