На Bitfinex завели деньги наликом, теперь он заблокировал вывод, просит пройти верификацию, что я легко сделаю, а еще он просит:
"A proof of source of funds confirming how the deposited funds were originally acquired. You have not provided supporting documentation revealing how you acquired over $**,***.** worth of bitcoin on our platform. Please provide financial statements showing the purchases of these cryptocurrency or bank statements showing how you obtained the funds."
В моем сбербанке нет этих транзакций, если я происхождение денег не подтвержу, могу все потерять. Они просят нотариально переведенные на английский и заверенные сканы документов. Срочно нужна помощь!!! Простите, если не туда написал и перенесите, я на нервах. Посоветуйте, кому написать, чтобы решить эту проблему. С меня подарок в битках, если поможет, СЛОВО даю!

As it is our mission and commitment to provide better and reliable services for all Bitfinex users, we require our users to update and/or provide Know-Your-Customer information from time to time in order to maintain the level of integrity and compliance required by international anti-money laundering as well as counter terrorist financing policies.
Accordingly, please provide us the following information/documentation:
Reasons for transfers from and to your Bitfinex account;
A clear and detailed explanation your account activity and objectives.
A detailed explanation of the sources of all funds deposited to Bitfinex; provide details on how and where you acquired the funds that were deposited to your account. Make sure to include TXids and addresses that describe the source of the funds deposited to your Bitfinex account.
A proof of source of funds confirming how the deposited funds were originally acquired.
Proof in the form of (collection of) document(s) that explains the origin of funds used for purchases of cryptocurrencies.
Examples of acceptable forms of documentary evidence are detailed below:
Personal savings Personal bank statement(s) demonstrating deposit/gifted monies
Employment income
Personal bank statement(s) demonstrating deposit monies, wages and tax statement
Gift or inheritance from a third party Documentary evidence from the donor (bank statement), copy of will
Sale of investments
Statement from investment provider or bank statement showing settlement from investment provider
Sale of property
Signed letter from Solicitor/Advocate or Estate Agent or Contract of Sale statement
Loan Loan agreement or statement
Insurance Claims
Letter from Insurance provider
Dividends or profit from the company
Latest audited company accounts statement
Lottery/Gambling win
Evidence from the lottery company/winning receipt
Cryptocurrency mining Details on the mining pool used combined with blockchain transaction IDs and addresses that confirm when the assets were mined.
● (Certified English translations if the documents provided are issued in a different language than English)
● Detailed descriptions of the destination you have and/or will sent/send your funds to from your Bitfinex
account;
● Confirmation of whether you have ever opened and used any other account(s) on Bitfinex? If so, please provide the user name(s) and email address(es) of any account ever opened. Please explain why you operated more than one account, if applicable.
In addition to answering these questions, we will need you to provide us with a scan of your current government-issued ID and a photo of you holding your photo ID. Also, please make reference to Bitfinex in a note with the date the photo was taken and your signature displayed in this last picture. Make sure the image uploaded includes your full face and that all ID details are clearly readable in an image that is at least 6 megapixels resolution taken under correct light conditions. The images are required to be in JPG format and must be the original images taken by the camera.
